The following 8 steps cover the simplicity of the process:-
Step 1: Couriers and customers become members
Step 2: Customers and couriers simply login into the system and list a new job allocation
Step 3: Once the allocation has been created using our simple one minute form, this information is forwarded by SMS technology to any courier within the given collection postcode, this is also forwarded to all couriers already dropping off other items within the given postcode meaning that 20 to 50 couriers will receive your alert message.
Step 4: All couriers are fully aware of the urgency of your request and this will invite them to call you direct to bid for the workload. This call will also inform you when they will be onsite for the collection attendance. The sender decides which courier to allocate the work to.
Step 5: Once the sender agrees the work, the courier will provide their unique Courier Gold membership number and the sender will allocate the work online. An SMS will then be sent to the selected courier. We will create two posting notes before the courier arrives: One is the customers receipt when goods are released; the other is taken with the goods and used to gain a signature of delivery. This is retained by the courier.
Step 6: Courier calls / texts when the delivery has been created, usually within 10 minutes of the actual delivery time.
Step 7: Later in the day the courier will forward a Proof of Delivery via the website and follow this up with a 30 day terms Invoice also via the website. These two documents can be viewed and printed by the sender at any time of the day as well as being stored in an historical file for future references.
Step 8: Sender settles the couriers invoice within a strict 30 day time period.
